HEADLINE	Very friendly and helpful
Thank you to Nashua for training their staff in customer service. I have never experienced such friendly people in a call centre, and so helpful too. Less than half an hour after reporting a problem, an agent was sent to fix the problem. The friendliness of the call centre agents is refreshing.
