I am so disappointed, my car was hijacked with my iPhone 4 16GBin it. I put through an insurance claim with Nashua on the 27th and was told there is no stock and that the stock will arrive on the 01 August 2011, on teh 1st I called back I was told it will only be arriving on the 15th August, I called again today on the 16 August and was told that stock will only arrive on the 05 Septemeber. In the meantime they gave me a loan unit which doesnt email or at least do half the stuff my iPhone 4 used to do. Today when I called I was told that I can go to the iStore and buy the phone in cash and send them proof of purchase which they will reimburse. Now if that is possible, why cant Nashua Mobile my service provider, give me a voucher or buy the phone themselves and give it to me. I find that rediculous and in the meantime I must continue paying the subscription fee on time while I dont have the phone. I need a definite date when I will get this phone, i use this phone for business purposes and I cannot wait for Nashua to get the stock. This is unacceptable. |
