I activated my account on the 24th October 2011 and to date my sim card is still not working. I was informed that I should be able to use my phone within 12 to 24 hrs. It's 4 days later and when I call the Nashua call centre I am taken from pillar to post. The last message received was I need to be patient. The people I spoke to is Vincent, Massimo, Lorna and Marissa. I visited their shop in Centurion and they were also unable to assist. I was given an email address where I can escalate my frustration. the lady's name is Elmarie. I am hoping for feedback as emails sent to Vincent go unanswered The below message was recieved from Vincent on Monday the 24th. "Hi Portia - Please note that your number has been reactivated on a top up 49 and the new sim card can be collected at Vodaworld.You can ask to speak to Zaheer.Kindly complete the attached form and return it back to me to process a migration to prepaid effective 01 December 2011" |
