My friends and I visited the store on Friday , 23 December during lunch. It was extremely busy . The manager came over many times to see that we were OK, apologised for the food taking longer than normal, even personally brought our tableware himself and had a small chat...all very professionally handled in a real crisis time, as the kitchen orders were all piled up and tempers were really flaring all around. Unfortunately , I cannot remember his name...but I appreciate the service there. Am a regular at the store and will definitely be there many times over. |
