Hi i would like to take this opportunity to say a big Thank you to Nandos in Maitland Cape Town. i had a very bad experiences with them, but then the Manager called her name was Heidi very nice and polite lady. I just want to say thank you for keeping your customers smiling and for making there day for also going and extra mile for them. Nandos should employ more people like her. They should have an attitude like this: I would treat people the way i wanted to be treated when i walk into a Nandos restaurant and Heidi does just that. thanks again. |
