We visited the Nando's at Mall @ Reds for supper last night (12/01/2012) and I surprised by the great service we received from the staff. They were pleasant friendly and had a good attitude. We requested for ice after our food arriced so the out drinks would be cold and they had run out of ice, Just as i was begining to get anxious I saw one of the waiters and said that we were waiting for ice, turns out she was on her way out to buy some for us as I think their ice machine taking a while, our waiter in the meantime managed to scrape together some ice from their machince in the meantime until the bag of ice arrive.
