customer first

i placed an order for delivery and the cashier got it wrong,the adress.after waiting for two hours i called back and the manger apologised for the inconvieniance which was not my fault.upon delivery finally i was notified the meal was free of charge because it was their fault,i think the manger needs to be compliemented on outstanding service in puting the customer first.i am extremely greatfull not on the fact that the meal was free but rather the manager was fair and held good service to its utmost best.
