Meals completely ruined by incompetence!

Let me start by saying that I frequent the Nandos La Lucia store on a weekly basis; however I have many instances whereby I will get home to find out that items from my order are missing. Last night, my wife ordered the special Quarter chicken, spicy rice and liqui fruit meal, only to find that there was no spicy rice in the packet, so effectively she only had a piece of chicken and a liqui fruit. I called the store and spoke to the manager who promised to send the driver with the spicy rice, but after 25 minutes the driver had not even left yet. I demanded that the manager replace the meal as my wife was starving and the lonely single piece of chicken and now was expected to eat spicy rice all by itself, to which he refused, but instead gave me the rice and chips, so now a chicken meal has been reduced to rice and chips. To cut a long story short, 90 min had passed since we placed the order and my quarter chicken meal with extra sauce was completely cold and never tastes the same once heated in the microwave. By simply not checking their orders, our entire meal was ruined and my hard earned money down the drain...

That manager will get back to you within 48hours to explain what went wrong. .
