On Saterday the 07th Jan 2012 my husband & I went to Nandos Malibongwe & ordered a meal and a was given a "hot " soft drink (Fanta Grape) . I asked the waitress to bring me a cold 1 but her manager with a bad attitudde by the name of Jeez refused to give me another saying i shouldnt have opened it but my question to him was "didnt the waitress feel that it wasnt cold when she touched/held the bottle"? but he didnt have an answer. I asked him to refund my money as I wasnt happy with the service & he was rude and practically threw us out he even showed us his middle finger & the other manager was understanding & refunded our money. Jees must go for training on customer services as he is clueless when it comes to handling customers & he has a bad/stinking attitude. |
