I ordered a Lemon & Herb Burger Meal with an extra slice of cheese. I was charged R57.45 not R55.45 as should be the case according to the menu. I was given a 500ml coke when I received my order, even though I did not ask for the buddy bottle. On returning home and opening my order I found that I had been given a HOT Veggie Burger instead. When I phoned the store the manager did immediately offer to have the correct burger sent out to me without any argument, for which I was grateful. However when I opened that burger I received a Lemon & Herb Burger without the extra cheese. All of these issues in themselves were minor but in the end added up to a rather disappointing experience. Firstly to have an "up-size" option "forced" on me, which although not expensive, was not what I had ordered, nor was I asked by the cashier for it. Secondly for the take away packer to completely misread my order and give me the wrong order. And Lastly to NOT get the order right when I specifically phoned in and confirmed my order again. On the positive side, the store manager did immediately and without argument offer to remedy the wrong burger option when I first called. |
