| On Monday 02/01/2012 I went to Nando's Westville Mall. I ordered a 1/4 Chicken and chips. The order was placed at 18h43, there were only 8 orders to be filled. At about 19h00 the manager on duty came through to the front and started to push the orders that were waiting on the pass. I only received my order at 19h10. When I sent in a text to rate the poor service, I received a reply that somebody would contact me within 24 hours. I guess the **'s response time is just as slow as the store is in getting out food. | |||
