| On the 28/12/2011 i went to Nandos to buy food when they told me that i have insufficient fund in my gift card and i di dint want to argue with them cuase i knew i had money i ended up paying in cash. While i was waiting for an order i received an sms notification sayingt that they deducted the amount which i informed the assistant manager (Ntombi) she she said i should wait for them to receive a balance sheet (2 days) i went there and i was assisted by Thabo (manager) he asked for the sms as a proof which i showed him but it wasnt good enough. I went back home very upset and when i went there again there was a guy from ** who said that i should be refunded but he will forward me his details in order for me to send a proof (email confirming the money was deducted) he took my cell number and email address till today there is nothing. I phoned the Complaints office assisted by Sibo who promised to call back after an hour till today. I am not happy about the service that i got it was pathetic and its not about money guys , please understand. Is this the way Nandos staff treating customers?
