I'd just like to thank DSTV for their fantastic service at the N1 City branch. On arrival the receptionist was friendly and helpful (she had a beautiful smile). It took no time to be called to a technician, Bongeka, who was a star. She was friendly and communicative without being condescending. She helped me with my problem quickly and competently. Also, as a woman, it was refreshing to be greeted by female staff who were as equally proficient as male staff in such a male-dominated environment. Thanks Bongeka! |
