I have been struggling with my DSTV account for more than a month now, I was overcharged on extra view even when I made them aware that this was happening they always promised to pass a journal which is always rejected because of lack of information provided by call center personnel, I called in today to explain my concern now for the hundredth time, Olga took the time to assist and told me she has spoken to her supervisor, this will be sorted out before the end of the day and she will email me to inform me of the outcome, unlike others that never reported back.
