Promises not kept

Received a message on my DSTV to change my smartcard that i did on 2012-01-19 at between 10 and 11 in the morning at DSTV in N1 City were told to go to counter no 1 and the lady were friendly and in no time the process were completed.Got home and plug everything in DSTV working but you are not able to watch programs recorded before the smartcard swop on Saterday 2012-01-28 at 08.34 went back to N1 City to complain about it were told to go to counter 11 my number 0918 were told by the lady did they not tell you that you will not be able to watch the old programs?? Hallo no they did not!!! Asked the lady to help me to be able to watch these programs again she went to the back to speak to a tech and came back and said that they will try from there side on Monday and will give me a call on Monday to see iff everything is working AND YES THEY DID NOT CALL!!! AND THE PROGRAMS ARE STILL NOT WORKING!!! We would like to watch our old programs again DSTV sort out your problem here!!!

sHE ALSO TOLD ME IFF IT DOES NOT WORK TO RESET THE PROGRAM WE NEED TO LEAVE THE DECODER THERE FOR 2 DAYS HALLO WE ARE WATCHING !
