I went with my mother to the Multichoice branch in Randburg on Saturday morning 21 January 2012. she was experiencing problems with her decoder and had to go and find out what to do with it. Natalie Saunders was the consultant who dealt with our query. firstly she greeted us in the most professional and friendly way which you hardly find in JHB these days. she explained everything in detail to us what she is doing and what needs to be done. you could really see that she is passionate about her job, and knew exactly what to do. we were not even 5 minutes with her and we had a new decoder on our way out. we could not stop talking about the fantastic service we received from her. Natalie, I salute you for your utmost great service you give to your clients, well done and keep up the great work. It was a pleasure dealing with you. Multichoice must be proud of having an employee like you!!! |
