On Sunday afternoon I had a lightning strike at my house. My PVR decoder rebooted and didn't come back on (displayed a BE1 error). I called the call centre who was extremely efficient in identifying the problem. After some tests I was asked to bring it in on Monday. I took it in this morning and was overwhelmed by the amount of people there. I got a number and wondered how long it was going to take. 20 mins later my number was called and after a brief explanation the service consultant asked me to have a seat as it will take about 20 mins. 20 mins later he waved me over and my PVR was fixed with all recordings etc still intact! Great job Multichoice... very well organised operations! Regards, |
