Dear Xolani, Thank you for the prompt telecom after my post on Hellopeter. The installers did get hold of me at first but were still hesitant to return. Suffice to say they eventually made a booking for a day later. By that time the HD PVR had rebooted/reset itself. Something your call centre could not assist with?? The installers then called in to redo the Xtraview settings on the 2nd Pvr which still had no communication with the primary decoder. And hence everything is now operational. With a word of warning from the installer that should it occur again, then the Pvr is faulty & needs to be swapped out for another, at an additional call out fee! A vicious circle... Maybe the enquiries team should post their contact details on the Dstv website. That way we could alleviate a lot of bad publicity for the company. Anyway thanks again for the effort and response.
