Hi, I was unable to give my feedback on the customer Survey conducted after a call to the Multichoice call center (Due to complication on the line). I was extremely happy and grateful to have been assisted by Winne this evening as she made it possible for me to reconnect to DSTV. She assisted me in my query and answered my questions with the greatest of ease without getting irritated and or frustrated with me (This is refreshing considering how many different Advisers I have had to speak to). I only hope that there could be more Advisers such as her in all the other call centers as it would make matters easier when calling in.
