Hello Francois Drury,

It is with sincere regret that we learn of the inconvenience you have experienced with your PVR decoder. Kindly accept our apology in this regard.

Please note that the reason for this is because you need to have your Smartcard brought into your nearest agency/branch for a legacy swap to take place free of charge as this is for software update purposes as your PVR decoder will lose it's functionality if not done. Kindly bring your decoder as well to have the swapped smartcard paired to your decoder.
