Uneducated staff

Last year I decided to install dstv in our home and I took the full bouquet, November arrived and we have decide to down grade to the compact package for december, a week before the end of novemberI gave dstv a call to inform them about my changes for dedember,then they said i need to call in on the last day of the month as it is way to early to downgrade. So I phone on the 30 nov 11 to do so but they did a full debit on my account, which they refunded a week later. NOW! bere in mind i have the *COMPACT* package..so today DSTV decides to debit the *PREMIUM* amount out of my account! I have phoned them today and told me that they cannot do a refund to my account but this extra cash can fall as a credit for next month! whcih is what I don't want!! and then this lady has the audacity to tell me I don't understand english! so much for customer service! UHM,calls are recorded for security purposes so please do me a favour and go back to find out who that lady is because I was so furious I forgot her name. Oh then she puts me through to her manager and he conveniently doesn't answer his phone. DSTV is becoming a pain in my ****! They are quick to debit but don't want to return your money

Not Impressed: Because they only tried contacting me the one day which was the day after I posted this report.. I've even tried phoning them back on that number but it gives me an engaged tone, they never bothered phoning me again to let me know what the solution is to the problem I am experiencing!
