I have been to your Randburg Customer Services Centre on 3 occasions in connection with the Drifta/Walka. The last time was on 1st December to purchase a Walka device. *At no stage* has anyone ever mentioned to me that M-Net Mobile is not available without a Premium subscription. So I'm getting "Cannot play channel. E16-4 Service is currently scrambled" instead. Do a Google search of this phrase to see what I think of this. My blog is "Insights and Rants". Today, when I called the Joburg Call Centre and spoke to Bongani, he told me that it's in the "Terms and Conditions" on the DSTV Mobile web site, and I should have known this in advance. Can you please tell me which paragraph of which set of Terms and Conditions he was referring to? |

Kindly note that when the Drifta decoder was launched and released, it was advertised that if you need to have Premium services active on the account and will be free of charge. Hello Donn01, Section 37 under Mobile Decoders of Terms and Conditions of Service state that 'The Bouquets available on a Mobile Decoder will be set out on the Website.' The DStv Mobile website confirms that there are three bouquets to choose from including DStv Mobile for Premium, DStv Mobile (to which you subscribe, and excludes M-Net Mobile) and e.mobile http://www.dstvmobile.com/dstvmobile/content/en/south-africa-plus/south-africa-plus-about-mobile-tv.
