| I have never seen such bad service. On 7/1/12 DSTV had a problem on their side and my Xtraview stopped working after calling in it worked but not the 2nd channel of SD PVR. Called again on 8/1 after Xtraview went off again was told they are working on the problem still no 2nd channel. Called again on 14/1 to sort out Xtraview and got 2nd channel back but now have been charged R9997 by DSTV for 2 subsciptions as i have a HD PVR & SD PVR. No one calls you back after they promise someone will you can't speak to supervisors because they are always busy and you send e-mails but no response this is the most pathetic service I have received. There is nothing wrong with my PVR's as they were working before DSTV had a problem on their side however this means nothing to them. What is a person to do to get a response out of them??? | |||
