Pathetic SERVICES at 8pm

WHY may I ask????? It took Dstv 50 min to answer a call at 8pm????? But when you phone their sales line for new customers they answer the phone in 2 min???? CLEARLY THEY DON'T VALUE THEIR EXISTING CLIENTS!

It is with regret that we learn of the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced with our service. Please accept our sincerest apologies in this regard.

We tried contacting you on the cellphone number provided on the complaint to no avail.

Our records indicate that you called our call centre on the 02.02 regarding renting a movie on Box Office as it was unsuccessful.

You were then advised to re-rent the movie as they did a routine check on your decoder.

Please advise if all has been resolved to assist you further, alternatively you can contact the Box Office number on (011) 289-2244 for assistance.
