I just made a call to the call centre with regard to my DSTV account. Im following what the voice prompts are telling me to do. They tell me im no.16 in line and my call will be answered in 1 minute..... 10 minutes later i am STILL holding on the line for someone to answer. Then dont give a time for when my call will be answered, as this creates false expectations and a waste of my time and money!! So annoyed now!!! |

Not Impressed:
When placing another call to the centre and sending an email to which they only replied after 3 or 4 days, Im really just more disgusted with their call centre/customer service standards... |
