I have recently well not that recent anymore sent a complaint to multichoice about some insurance on my decoder. I never requested the thing and cancelled it ages ago when i saw they debit my account. then they just decided well we dont care lets just activate again. then they cancelled it again and then on the same day activated again. i dont want to pay for something i dont use and never asked for. if i had hd pvr then i might have decided to activate the insurance thing. but i dont. their monthly rates are also already way too much for what you get, now they want even more. I'm highly upset about their non service attitude. the only time you get service is if you go into a walk in centre. but i dont always have time. they must get their act together |

We confirm that we have scheduled to cancel the Analogue Decoder Care Contract on the 14 February 2012 (as the rule states that we have to cancel the insurance the day before the invoice date).
