| HEADLINE | No answer to calls after 20min and no call back! |

| I had contacted the Multichoice Contact Centre to cancel the insure on our MNET decoder. I was given another telephone number which I had contacted. I have tried phoning them 4 times and after 20 minutes I put the call down as this is also very expensive. I then selected option one for a call back as it is impossible to reach this centre. I am aware that the hours are 08h00 to 17h00. It is just impossible to get hold of them and no one has called me back. I need to cancel this insurance as in the interim we have purchased a HD PVR Decoder and i have insurance on this and now the MNET one has not been cancelled. Can someone please contact me so that I can cancel our NET decoders insurance! | |||
