| HEADLINE | Multichoice - Inept and poor service |
||
| Since I subsrcibed to MNET in August 2011 - I have not recieved a single MNET TV Guide in the post and have had to drive to Multichoice N1 City Branch to get one each month. However it is always in Afrikaans and never in English. I have moaned at the consultants on 4 different occasions and logged my complaint 3 times, in addition it specifies on the system that I want an ENGLISH MNET GUIDE. When I did eventually get sent one in the post after 3 months of complaining - it was in Afirkaans! Depsite it saying English on my profile on their system - what poor and inept service. In addition whenever I enquire why doesnt the branch order more English MNET guides, you are fed story after story. The consultants are powerless to do anything and just give one the run around. My address is correct and am fully paid up yet I do not get a part of the service for which I pay. I do not appreciate having to have a guide in Afrikaans as I neither understand nor speak the language as I am an English speaker - this also goes against my constitutional right. | |||
