On numerous occassions I sent emails (via website) to Multichoice (DSTV) as to the fact that the website does not have my holiday home decoder listed, thus preventing me from activating or deactivating it when occassional visiting over weekends. It was previously listed on the website, but for the past few months it has been removed from the website. To date I have yet to receive a response from Multichoice I am also getting billed crazy amounts. As an example, the current month I am charged R1759. I have a PVR Extra view system at my permanent home, for which I should be charged (R559?) and a std decoder at my holiday home for which I should only be billed as and when I activate it telephonically. I have hardly been at the place for the past 6 months. I therefore respectfully request formal feedback on my complaint and that a detailed review be done on my account and all excess charges reversed. |
