Got requested via DSTV Message that I shoudl take in my SIM card to nearst Mulitchoice store. Did so and was told that this is a new card and that I will loose all my recordings on my PVR and it is just to bad. How will I watch now my recordings? This is after standing in a line at Wonderpark branch that looks like a Mulitchoice shop that I would compare with shops in Zimbabwe! How do I explain to my kid that he can't watch his recording he has been watching for the last year? Then the other fact is my old card was paired still with my other decoder at my house at the coast and now I bet you this will not work either?!!! Its no FUN be stuffed around and loosing your stuff that we pay for and service we rely on!!! |

Hello werner123, As per our telephonic conversation, we have confirmed that you will not loose your records should you upgrade your SDPVR smartcard. We have also informed you as per our Smart Card Policy dated 30 April 2009: That For every smart card on an account, there must be a decoder linked to it. Kind regards Xolani Dstv Enquiries Team |
