DSTV website

I travel a lot and have 4 decoders at different houses. Switching decoders on and off is a regular exercise for me. The DSTV website however, gives an error RECONNECT FAILED. I have send at least 10 emails to [Email Removed] and got the standard reply "your enquiry is important to us and we will come back to you", but the problem still exists. So I must phone them everytime to switch on and off.

Is there anybody I can phone and speak to? Or go and see? Or any help?
