Received message Thurs and Fri last week stating that I needed to swap my smartcard. Went to Dowerglen agent on Saturday, spent 45min in the queue and had card swapped and paired with decoder. When I got home, all my pre recordings, Box Office and On Demand ALL do not playback. Called DStv on Sunday night and was informed I needed to take unit back to agent. Unit was returned to agent on Monday and after 3 hours of attempting to get playbacks to work, agency gave up. Called DStv again on was told to go to Randburg offices as they could fix the problem. Also Tweeted the problem- received a call from "Desh" who explained that he would call me daily until the problem is resolved (He is very friendly and is so willing to try and resolve this) Went to Randburg Tue, Simon tried to fix it, ask for Jabu's (supervisor) assistance mailed someone and asked me to go home and would call me to resolve. Received call this morning from Jabu at 7:30am, said he would call me back again "just now"?. Called call centre 5pm 2 day , Kabelo tried to assist, said someone would call me - nothing? Playback, B Office and On Demand all DO NOT WORK - 5 days and 3 trips to DStv / Agent later. HELP |
