I bought a PVR Decoder combo with a drifta on the 9th of December 2011 and went to Randburg for activation only the drifta was activated (Reference number 86229617)as Consultant Tanya wanted me to check if my communal dish can work for a PVR.I told her to deactivate the previous decorder.Six hours later i confirmed that our communal dish is compatible with PVR and it was activated(Reference 86254969).When the PVR was activated the previous decoder was not deactivated.Multichoice went on to do double debits on the 8th of December 2012 and 8th of January 2012 .I then quieried this through a Consultant Mpho and her Manager named Simon today 03/02/2012 at Randburg(Reference 91637512).I explained to them and they are even not interested to hear my story and were using derogatory language threatening to disconnect me other than dealing with the matter. If a company like Muiltichoice can have such people without customer care its better to move to other competing companies like Top TV.It is a shame that as clients we suffer due to incompetency of such people. I think this matter need to be resolved urgently as I need my money back which was deducted for two months. Am shattered |
