I'm trying to call your call centre to enquire about extra view. My first call was made at +-20h50. After five minutes "floating" in your stupid IVR, I get the message that my call will be transferred to an agent. Immediately after that message, another message to "thank me for calling customer care, good bye!" So rude!!! I didn't even had the opportunity to speak to someone. Naturally, I called again. Needless to say, the same experience! Ten minutes of my time wasted only to be told "Thank you for calling...... Good Bye" with no interaction with someone on your side. This is PATHETIC!!!! Don't know what else to do...... Pity I can't cancel my DSTV subsrciption and move somewhere else, because SABC, Top TV and E-TV are no real competition. |
