I have been a DSTV Premium subscriber for more than a year. In the second week of Dec 2011, I called the call centre to cancell my subscription and refund my money as I was going on holiday. I would have used the website, but it didn't allow me to do so. To my shock, on 3 Jan 2012, I am charged my monthly Subscription. I called in, spent 40mins on hold, was disconnected, then called again. I had to re-explain the whole story again, and informed the call centre operator that I want a FULL refund for the month deducted for Jan (he actually wanted to refund less than that as I had only called in on the 3rd) AND my monies due for Dec 2011. Thankfully, no further monies were deducted - but where is my REFUND? I have been more that patient. Also, on 22 Jan, I activated Easyview (which is R20 pm), I see that I was charged, R6,67 (correctly)and R20 (incorrectly) for Jan and Another R20 (Correctly) for Feb.Why cant you get it right? |

Hi, I was contacted by DSTV on 2 Feb informing me of my refund, the next day the csah was in my account. Very Efficient. My issue is still why did it take more than a month to sort my issue out???? |
