Going to the Pietermaritzburg branch for a RMA replacement on my DSTV PVR2 that I only recently bought in September for the rugby world cup, my PVR2 started playing up and my box office did not want to work anymore. I was discussed by not only the manager in the manner in which she and the service agent lied to me, not that they would not do a RMA on my decoder, but that they replaced it with a used filthy decoder, with scratch marks on it, utter disgusting dirt, that I would never even want to touch, never mind bring into my own home, or close to my kids. I complained to the manager and agent about it , and they advised me it's a new unit, I said I would in no way leave the store with this decoder, and the manager advised me that she would not replace it for me. After I resisted again, she eventually took the decoder back, but advised me I would have to wait until the new year before I am able to get my new decoder, this it total nonsense. Especially since it only takes on night for a decoder to arrive from JHB. I am now decoder less.... Terrible service from this store, and disgusted that they would give a used decoder out as a new RMA decoder. |

Utterly Disgusted:
Terrible, I am still waiting for my new Decoder 2 week’s later, total fail and incompetence. Nothing from the dealer, not even a peap. |
