Once again I must complain about the absolute poor service from the Call Centre! After waiting for nigh on 3 hours at the Expectra agency at Waterglen centre to replace my PVR, I returned home to find that my xtraview decoder had not been activated. Today, an installer, AerialSat contacted the call centre at 11:40 to get the Xtraview decoder activated and was told that it would take 30 minutes. It is now 15:25 and it is still not done!!! Absolutely shoddy and even worse than a governemnt dept. At lease one expects that type of lack of service from them. The installer informs me that this is par for the course this time of the year so there is no learning or maybe they simply don't care! Whichever it is, I am expected to pay on time or face the wrath of ***. |

| Not Impressed: After logging my report, I received two phone calls from multichoice offering assistance. Unfortunately I was not at home and one agreed to contact me at 21:00. Alas no-one phoned. On returning home, an email informed me that someone would call me at 08:00 the following morning. That call only came through at 11:10! Meanwhile, an Aerialsat technician had already successfully arranged for the Xtraview connection. Why so much interest only once I complain on Hellopeter and then still no joy? BAD! | |||
