Amanda Mabaso responded to an earlier query I made by calling me yesterday. We agreed on changing my invoice date to start from the 1st of December to 31st December, that the next payment is due on the 1st January 2012 and that my service will be suspended on failure to pay R505 by the 1st Jan. Last night I got a mail message on my decoder saying my service will be suspended if I don't pay the R505 by the 20th December 2012, what's going on? I now want Multichoice to know and understand that this is what I'd like to see happening: That I wish for the debit order to be cancelled as I no longer receive any income. Once I secure employment, you will be informed. My invoice date should also be changed to start from 8th December 2011 to 7th January 2012. Regarding the mail message on my decoder demanding payment of R505 on the 20th or my services will be suspended, can't Multichoice worry about the money I've already paid rather than future payments? Why should my services be disconnected for the following month's payment? |
