| Last year our DSTV system was hit by lightening and we called Aerial installationz out who came to repair the system. They repaired the system and advised that we put in lightening protection which we did. Since that day the picture quality on the secondary TV's has not been great expect for the extra view channel which is clear on all TVs. Having had a very hectic end of year last year I decided this year to sort out. I called them today to try and explain what the problem was so they knew what they were trying to fix. I got a very defensive person on the phone and all I wanted was someone to come and fix the system. The worst part of this whole experience is that I basically told I am stupid and don't know how to use this very complicated system and I am obviously pushing something on my TV remote. I take great expectation to someone telling me that when I have had DSTV for a good 10 years, my children do not have remotes to the TV's so there is no Chance of them re programming the TV's. This company is representing you and feel that the way I was treated was appalling.The system to work properly, for what I pay and do not feel that I am getting my value from your reprsentatives | |||
