Try to call the call centre due to decoder failure ( after "software upgrade" various failure experienced). Then I have to listen to a recording that my account is in arears. I have selected a debit order - which was apperently loaded on the wrong system. then i made a manual payment. still in arrears. then i am number 42 in the que and have ti wait 8 minutes for an operator. try to log a web query but its asking my account numer - this i havent recieved since moving over from vodacom ... pathetic pathetic pathetic. hope toptv will provide some competition |

Call centre issue resolved. Does any one else has a remote that stopped working? Also a 1110 +2 decoder failure??? |
