| Bought a new PVR in June 2010, the hard drive packed up in Dec 2011. I must go through to Head office to have it swapped. Bought another one 12 Dec 2011, this morning I had to take it back as it was also giving problems. I have been holding on my landline over an hour now and still no response from the Call Centre. My wife phoned into Multi Choice and asked Portia for the CEO, only after the 3rd call I was put through to Dina at the Call Centre. This is absolutely ridiculous that the customer gets to hold on so long. When you get someone to help you eventually they most of the time do not know what they are doing. I have being with them Multi Choice since Dec 1987. Pathetic is not the word...Dina cannot even help my husband he is on his way to Multi Choice Klerksdorp. | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: I am sill waiting for the CEO to call me back. I have left 6 messages for him and apparently Mr Nico Meyer regards himself a step above the rest. The problem is that he forgets that the subscribers are busy paying his monthly salary and that it is the subscribers that has him in the position where he is today. The call centre is absolutely pathetic and they think that they can waste the customers money as they please | |||
