I applied for DSTV in Randburg on Saturday 28th January. i was so impressed with the set-up and excellant service there. got the decoder immediately and said to phone an accredited installer in my area on Monday. every installer in my area phoned. numbers don't exist, no answer, numbers changed, don't respond. after numerous expensive cell phone calls i speak to a real live person. this after having received more numbers from multichoice only to find out the people they recommend don't accept their installation voucher! a joke. back to trying to find a human to talk to....she (a manager)finds an installer and phones him and phone me back. fast forward to Tuesday morning when i phone him 7:50am he says he will install this afternoon(Tuesday 31 jan 2012)....fast forward - no installer, no dstv, no phone call to reschedule.... |

Please take note that other accredited installers that could not accept your voucher, are installers which are not part of the free installation campaign, therefore they charge for installation. | Over the Moon: well for the first time ever a company responded at all and under an hour after posting. they sorted out my problem after hours and the installer was here at 6pm...and left at 7pm. thanks to everyone for coming to the party and making this happen. to Victoria for responding so quickly.... | |||
