On the 5th March 2009 I wrote asking you to suspend my DSTV service as I was going away. I noted on my bank account you deducted the money for April so I called reference 39586747 and queried this and being told that I had written to late I agreed for the connection to end at the end of April. I received a letter confirming that this was to be done signed by Jaya Naidoo. I duly went away and return three months later with accounts unpaid for and a letter saying tht I had 10 days to pay and I will be suspended. I spoke to Lindewe reference 43306367 and explained it all to her . I received a letter from Jaya Naidoo saying that a mistake had been made and I no longer owed money. I don't have that letter but there must be a copy in the files as I know I got it, otherwise I would have had letters from debt collectors I have installed a new decoder and I am told unless I pay the amount owing on my a/c I can't be connected. I spoke to Phindi reference 88315185 and Albert and the latest is Aletta reference 88587053. I ask you..- What is the point of me reconnecting with a new decoder if I am unable to use it. I have communicated and nothing has been done. It is nearly 2012. Sue Long |

| Quite Impressed: I was very impressed at the speed of the reply and then the pleasant people on the line in the randburg office, we called there this time as Cape Town had been stalling us for 2 weeks, and I now have been watching a clear picture on the TV.
