Well, I don't often find I have great things to say, but I must compliment Sakhe and the Norwood MTN Branch for their fabulous, friendly and efficient service. My mother and I went to upgrade 2 X Cell phone contracts (expecting it to be a NIGHTMARE) and had the pleasure of dealing with Sakhe. His service was amazing, friendly and efficient. Our phones were upgraded, our contracts renewed and correct advice was given without any issues. Our SIMs were even swapped over in less than 2 hours. This is a great, great, great change as I have received poor service from MTN stores in the past. Thank you Sakhe and the team at MTN for restoring our confidence in MTN and retaining us as loyal customers. I suggest all your employees go to the Norwood branch for some training and some personality. Thank you. |
