| We upgrade our account on the 1st of October. On our account we have 2 phones, one contract was amended the other one left unchanged. Kgomotso made a mistake when she captured the info and changed both accounts said she fixed it. End of October wrong amounts debited and our service cut.Our monthly instalment had been R268 pm for this contract and we down graded new instalment to be R179.00 pm. From what was discussed we understood that our new instalment would be R179 pm and that there would be an added fee of R105.00 the end of the month for changing the contract. The other contract for R88 would remain the same..The total debit to our account of the end of October being R372.00 . It was a shock to discover that I had a unpaid debit on my account.. When I investigated I found that a R599 was taken. Nov we were debited R426 and not R247. We emailed, phoned. Nobody accepts responsibility were sent to the branch, the branch tells us to phone, again told to go to branch.Sent email to compartment 20/1/2012. Account not corrected and they cancelled our debit order and want payment of R499 and cut our service again.. We should be in credit . Still not reply from complaints deptment. | |||
