After a complaint I lodged yesterday and seeing the effectiveness of HelloPeter.com, I have decided to take time and honour the service of a consultant I received from MTN on 5 February 2012. I went to MTN to upgrade to a blackberry and Kgomotso Mashita gave me a customer service I wish I can experience on a daily basis. After all the documentation was completed she asked me if I knew how to use a Blackberry, as I previously used a Nokia. After I said no, she took me through the whole phone, helping me download softwares I was interested, giving me the ABC's of the phone & giving me tips on how to enjoy my new phone. It's intimidating not knowing how to use gadgets but it's so comforting when a person takes interest in teaching you how they work with a friendly attitude. I gave her my appreciation but I hope HelloPeter can take this further and strengthen this outstanding kind of service that is highly needed in this country. |
