January 2011 i bought three phones on contract, two of this phones didnt last for three months and started giving problems in march 2011, i have contacted the fourways branch where i purchased the phones and they advised me to take the phones for repairs of which i did, this phones went for repairs total of 5 times and came back with the same problem, i asked for new phones they advised me that i should take it up with Nokia since they selling on behalf of nokia that was a maanager from Northgate, i called Nokia no one can help me, even to date MTN is still flipin deducting on my account for two phones that i'm not using, i am very disappointed with MTN and Nokia with their nusty service. I'm being sent from pillar to post, i regret the day i took out this contract, *** |

I apologize for any inconveniences caused as a result of this. I understand the frustration that you endured in your attempt to have this resolved. Utterly Disgusted:
Hi Somaya, please be advised that the number you reffered me to doesnt help, i have been trying to call with no luck, the phone numbers i supplied with are correct and the other one (073 5393 460) you MTN blocked since i blocked the debit order and you want to take me to ITC for your own faulty handset, this means MTN is proud of they doing nusty service that causes customer to be black listed. how do you pay for something you not using? please contact me on 083 8622935 |
