| I applied online on sunday 29 January 2012 for a new MTN contract and cellphone. Lebogang Montgatane phoned me on the next day, 30 January and within less than 15 minutes the contract was approved and the necessary information provided in a very efficient, comprehensive and understandable manner. Lebogang is very professional and I am impressed with the excellent and fast service received. this is my first dealings with MTN and I am duly impressed. | |||
