| I was retrenched last year and then started a new little business. as I had no other income. I wrote a book on First Aid for Dogs. There were plenty hiccups - late printing, starting new sales staff, January slow month financially etc. MTN has supported me - when I was unable to pay my account, the account dept did not suspend my service, instead gave me a chance to pay at a later date. They telephoned me to see how I was doing without being threatening! This personal service is absolutely wonderful! After my rent, my MTN account is definitely the next account to be paid! Thank you MTN for allowing me to continue with my cell and internet as my business is run through these two! YOU ARE THE BEST! | |||
