Absolutely over the moon with this guy from MTN. REALLY!! My issue was handled by Paul with great panache and IT acumen that is unbelievable. Despite my mouthing off (frustration) he graciously and in a most genteel manner accessed my account and gave me the info i needed. He went out of his way for me a R299,00 a month customer. This indicates that MTN takes all subscribers seriously. Thanks Paul (yep even for making my wife smile-inside joke Paul understands). Mira Network have through one of their managers (a very hands on lady) and Mr Rozycki's intervention offered a full refund in good faith. Much appreciated Mira. | Over the Moon: Well actually Bridget Bhengu was out for a few days and Paul Rozycki simply stepped in, took charge and resolved the issue. His time on task (mine) was incredible regardless of whatever else he was doing at that time. The way he deals with interruptions is a lesson to me as a manager (i'm Head of Dept. Languages Secondary School). Am blown away by the way he dealt with customer and third party -Paul is "Heads on" not Hands on. Move this guy to branding - promote him before he gets head hunted! | |||
